I ordered a few puzzle books from PennyDellPuzzles, and thankfully everything showed up exactly how I picked it out online. No missing books, no wrong titles, and the quantities were all correct, which I definitely appreciated. I always get a little nervous when ordering multiple items, so it was nice that the order itself didn’t need any fixing. That said, I did find the communication a bit unclear at times, which was annoying. I would’ve liked a little more straightforward info about the order status instead of having to wonder what was going on. Still, once everything arrived, I was happy overall. It’s always a relief to get an order that doesn’t turn into a back-and-forth email situation.

I do like the puzzles, and the site itself is easy to get around. It’s just the pricing that feels a little... I don’t know, mixed for me. Some of the books feel worth it, but others seem a bit pricey for what you actually get. I still pick one up now and then, just not as often as I probably would if the deals were better. Overall it’s decent, just not something I’d call a great value.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while, and the account page could definitely explain renewal dates and billing details better. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just annoying. I’ll probably still use it, but now I know to keep a much closer eye on the dates myself.

Of course, my order ended up having a small issue because that’s just my luck. But I will say customer service got back to me way faster than I expected. It did take one more email than I hoped to actually get it sorted, which was a little annoying, but they were nice about it and fixed everything in the end.

The puzzles themselves were totally fine, so that’s the good news. But the envelope showed up all bent and beat up, and one of the corners was a little crushed. Like, come on, it’s not the end of the world, but is it really that hard to pack something so it doesn’t arrive looking like it lost a fight in the mail? I’ll still use them, just wish a little more care went into the packaging.

It was just too tiny for me. I know some people might prefer something this compact, but compared to what I usually see or use, it felt smaller than the crowd and didn’t really work for my needs.

The checkout did work in the end, so there’s that. It just felt a little clunky, and I had to double-check my info twice because apparently smooth checkout is too much to ask. A few pages also took their sweet time loading, but I did manage to place the order eventually.

I ended up saving a few bucks, so I can’t really complain too much. the only annoying part was my timing, I probably would’ve gotten an even better deal if I hadn’t waited until the last minute

I’ve been using pennydellpuzzles.com mostly in the evenings after work, it’s been a nice way to slow down for a bit. I’m not sure if it’s just me needing something quieter at the end of the day, but the puzzles are fun without making me feel like I’m taking on another stressful task.
The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the pages feel a little plain or seem to load slowly here and there. Maybe I’m being picky, but it does stand out sometimes. Still, overall I enjoy using it, and it’s become one of those simple things that helps me relax.

I logged in without any trouble today. Everything just worked, it gave me the feeling that the process is solid.

There is a lot of variety, so I never feel bored with it. I like that there is always something different to try or check out.
